Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are unable to control delivery once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing any necessary shipment details.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
