REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare or personal care products.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@pieldivino.com within 30 days of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

However, if your original order total was $40 or more (before taxes and shipping), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs regardless of order value.


Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pieldivino.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare and personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item (if approved), and once your return is processed, place a new order.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
